We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance tennis equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review the policy below.
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, unused, and resellable condition. This means:
The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., plastic wrap on racket handles).
Racquets must not show any signs of play, wear, or court scuffs.
Apparel and Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of customization and wear, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Racquets that have been used, strung, or customized (e.g., with lead tape or balance modifications).
Opened or partially used accessories (e.g., grips, overgrips, string reels).
Final Sale or Clearance items.
Contact Us: Email us at support@magarigroup.com or use our online Return Portal with your original Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Receive Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RA number may be rejected.
Ship Item: Securely package the item(s) and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturer's defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
