Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance tennis equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review the policy below.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, unused, and resellable condition. This means:

  • The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., plastic wrap on racket handles).

  • Racquets must not show any signs of play, wear, or court scuffs.

  • Apparel and Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of customization and wear, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Racquets that have been used, strung, or customized (e.g., with lead tape or balance modifications).

  • Opened or partially used accessories (e.g., grips, overgrips, string reels).

  • Final Sale or Clearance items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@magarigroup.com or use our online Return Portal with your original Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RA number may be rejected.

  3. Ship Item: Securely package the item(s) and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturer's defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
