Do you offer demo programs for your rackets?
Yes, we understand the commitment involved in a high-end purchase. Our Demo Program allows you to try our racket for seven days for a small fee, which is fully credited back to you if you purchase a racket. Details are on our Demo Program page.
How often should I replace my tennis shoes?
For competitive or frequent players, shoes should be replaced every 45-60 hours of court time or every 3-6 months. We recommend checking the wear pattern on the outsole—if it's worn smooth, it's time for an upgrade to protect your knees and ankles.
What is your professional stringing service process?
All stringing is done by a USRSA certified stringer. We offer customized tension and string recommendations based on your chosen racket and playing style.
Can I request a custom string tension?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can specify your desired tension or contact us with any questions.
Do you offer racket customization services (e.g., weighting, balance)?
We do not offer any customizations at the moment.
What is your return policy for high-end equipment?
